Isaac joined Joshua in playing Super Hero the other day. I'm pretty sure it was a first! He was very cute running around in his cape following big brother in his cape.
This has become a summer routine, popsicles on the porch mid afternoon. And Isaac is very excited to join in when and if he's already up from his nap (which is very rarely).
Isaac's obsession for quite some time now, putting the clasp together on anything that has one! Bike helmets, highchair, strollers, etc. You'll hear a 'click' and then a "HELP!!!!", followed by, "Isaac, use your nice words...", "Helppease".
None of my kids have been climbers. That being said, Isaac just mastered getting up on our couch a few weeks ago, and now he tries to injure himself by attempting to climb over it!
Isaac loves putting on necklaces, ALL of them.
Isaac went running out of the dining room one morning obviously on a mission. I hear him pitter-pattering back down the hallway, talking to himself, saying, "mess! mess!". He went to his highchair where he had seen crumbs and vigorously tried to wipe them off with his washcloth!
Isaac was 'helping' me put away the Leapster table that he's now grown out of. I put it away with mixed emotions, knowing it is the last time I'll be putting it away for our own kiddo's.
