Fall already?

We are having some absolutely gorgeous weather. Our temperature gauge only reached about 71 degrees today! I won't hold my breath that it will stay this cool, but we'll enjoy it while it lasts!

We've enjoyed having Nate around again...mostly. Only two weeks left of his internship. It still takes him away quite a bit, but with only 2 weeks left I'll try not to complain. We've had some fun family time since he returned. We finally made it to the Princeton University wading pool. So fun! It was shallow enough for Jenna to walk around in too. She's not always the most steady out of water, much less in, so there was no leaving her side. Joshua loved it as well.

We were able to finally make a trip up to Merv and Jan's. They were gracious enough to let us come for a couple of nights and we just had a wonderful, refreshing time. We love their new place! And the kids, especially Jenna, loved all the space to run around.

That brings me to our new revelation about Jenna. I've told several this already, but we realized that she never walks, literally. She's always running from point A to point B, whatever it may be. She's still taking two amazing naps a day, and the only thing we can attribute that to is that she just wears herself out! She's a funny girl.

Joshua is so excited for Grandma and Grandpa Jo to come that we had to make a chain so he could count down the days! (only 29 days left!!!)

So the 'intrusive phase' hasn't completely passed yet.

Jenna enjoying the water with vigger!

Joshua braving the water fall!

A little father-daughter moment.

Jenna's new found adventure - climbing up on everything!
