HOME! HOME!! HOME!!! HOME!!!! HOME!!!!!

I just couldn't bring myself to blog yesterday while we were in the midst of the 24 hours off oxygen. At times it was very stressful, but Isaac actually seemed to get stronger as the 24 hours passed.

The final paperwork is being filled out right now. This is my LAST post from the hospital. There are no words to express our joy and gratitude. We're going home with a clean bill of health, no oxygen, no monitors, and one handsome little boy (and his exceptionally attractive mother!).

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who have sustained us these past 19 days. We still have plenty of questions for God, and plenty more processing to do, but we will continue on the journey of faith, even when--especially when--we have more questions than answers.

Thanks to God for Isaac. Thanks to God for you.

We'll try to post some pictures soon!

YIPPEEEEEEEE!!!!! What great news! I'm not taking credit for this, but maybe, just maybe, talking to Janel on the phone cured both our problems. Since Saturday when you called, I have felt lots less nauseated. Either way, I'm convinced that phone call was an answer to prayer!

Oh my! We can't wait to skype so Braden can see cousin Isaac! He's been talking about "baby Isaac" lately as well--along with the nearly constant "Uncle Nate!" I think he's sensing the excitement. :) I'm so happy you'll FINALLY all be home together. Enjoy every moment and we hope to talk soon--whenever you're ready for "company."
